Introduction:
Elgren is The Free City of Stone and Sky. It’s a City-State within the borders of Fin Pruzah Fahdon; a close ally and trading partner. From the ElkHorn the city is ran by Lord Ruarek (Rogue) Arthur the SkyMason. Elgren is located across the Sea of Solidarity directly south of Comitatus or down Route 5.

Policy 1: Visiting is suggested, just request permission from RogueArthur before settling in. A spot will be agreed upon for you to build your new home.

Policy 2: Help keep Elgren beautiful! Stick with the theme of the city. If there’s a question or if you need assistance, I’m more than happy to help. Because the State is quite small, space is limited. Only quality builds will make the cut.

Policy 3: No massive builds. If you have an idea that you think will fit in with the City, ask first.

Policy 4: RogueArthur has the authority to delete whatever is determined to “clash” with the city. Warnings may be given, but not promised. So to be safe, ask first.

Policy 5: Specific shops have been built to allow for residence to post their own “For Sale” signs. Common sense should dictate where to post respective signs, some will say what to sell where. I.E. Cooked Chicken should be sold in the Inn. Potion Ingredients should be sold in the Alchemist’s Shop. Etc.

Policy 6: No logging inside the city, with an exception of trees that you have planted on your lot. A tree farm will be set up outside of town for public use. This farm is to be resident maintained: So if you chop a tree down, replant it. This is also the policy at the Public Wheat Farm.

Policy 7: The Elgren Mining Company is a public-use mine.
